About the project
The Marcus Center will be 30,000 square feet to provide outpatient services and administrative office space for the Shepherd Center. It will have 11 stories of office space, 3 levels of parking, and 3 levels of shell space. A pedestrian bridge will connect this new addition to the existing hospital.
